No. Delotrak runs on any Android smartphone the driver already carries. The admin console runs in a normal web browser. There is no truck-mounted hardware to install. Optional passive UHF RFID-based vehicle identity is available for in-plant tracking — automating gate entry, holding area, weighing, and loading dock visibility — but it is not required for last-mile delivery.

Yes. The Delotrak API uses Client ID and Client Secret authentication. You can submit a batch of deliveries, pull live status for each one, add or cancel drop-offs mid-run, and pull the final status when the run ends. Tokens auto-refresh on expiry. This lets you keep your ERP as the source of truth while Delotrak handles the field workflow.
