Delotrak is Trakaid’s cloud delivery tracking solution. It handles the last mile of delivery — pre-alerting customers, sharing live vehicle location and ETA, optimizing routes, and confirming delivery with a secure PIN. It works as a hosted web and Android app, or as a REST API that plugs into your existing ERP or order system.

First, the supplier schedules a vehicle run with all its stops. Customers get an SMS and email pre-alert with delivery details. When the driver starts the run, the app shares a live tracking link with each customer. The route is auto-optimized between stops. On arrival, the customer shares a PIN with the driver to confirm receipt — that creates digital proof of delivery, instantly.

IVU stands for Identity, Visibility, Usability — Trakaid’s framework for digital asset management. Identity means giving every vehicle a unique, machine-readable ID (passive UHF RFID). Visibility means automated data capture at every stage from plant entry to customer delivery. Usability means putting that real-time data in the hands of dispatchers, drivers, and customers through mobile and web interfaces.

Delotrak is built for any supplier that delivers goods directly to customers — ready-mix concrete, medical oxygen and industrial gases, building materials, agricultural commodities, mining materials, and just-in-time manufacturing parts. It creates a triple-win: the supplier optimizes fleet use, the driver skips long wait times, and the customer always knows when the truck will arrive.

No. Delotrak runs on any Android smartphone the driver already carries. The admin console runs in a normal web browser. There is no truck-mounted hardware to install. Optional passive UHF RFID-based vehicle identity is available for in-plant tracking — automating gate entry, holding area, weighing, and loading dock visibility — but it is not required for last-mile delivery.

Yes. The Delotrak API uses Client ID and Client Secret authentication. You can submit a batch of deliveries, pull live status for each one, add or cancel drop-offs mid-run, and pull the final status when the run ends. Tokens auto-refresh on expiry. This lets you keep your ERP as the source of truth while Delotrak handles the field workflow.

On arrival, the customer is shown a one-time PIN in their notification. They share that PIN with the driver, who enters it in the app. Delivery is confirmed instantly in the cloud, with timestamp and location captured for audit. No paper, no signature scans, no follow-up calls. PIN-less confirmation is also supported for low-friction routes.

Yes. Delotrak uses named-user login, unique sessions, multi-attempt lockout, 90-day inactivity lockout, forced password change, and full encryption of data in transit. Role-based access controls who can see what. Database-level security adds another layer. The API uses short-lived bearer tokens that auto-renew. All access is logged for audit.

Delotrak supports multiple languages and multiple time zones at the same time. A supplier with locations in different countries can run each location independently, and every user sees times and labels in their own setting.
