Repair & Warranty Services
TRAKAID supports GASOTRAK monitoring products. In the event your product stops working, we offer full diagnostic and repair services. Contact us via email. We will contact you and our product specialists will help you diagnose and possibly correct the malfunction. In the event the device has to be repaired, GASOTRAK support department will send you the repair authorization and form. Based on your location, we will tell you where to ship for repair - Italy, India, or USA. Please keep original container or a sturdy shipping box to avoid damage to unit.
